Richenda was born in Ireland and came to New Zealand in '97. Coming from a sporting background she decided do a double diploma in sports and therapeutic massage at Wellpark college of natural therapies. Since qualifying in 2002 Richenda has worked for herself and has enjoyed working with a range of different people of all age groups and helping them with their bodies by teaching them preventative measures and bringing awareness to their bodies to help gain the best results.
