Tamsin is a Naturopathy student and has a holistic approach to Personal Training. The Mind, Body and Emotions are interconnected and reliant upon one another, and addressing a goal must involve all three. The body is the temple, the vessel that allows us to have a unique human experience. Tamsin’s goal is to help you reconnect to the intuition of the physical body to allow it to guide you at every turn in the road in regards to nourishment.

Whatever your goals, NASM Qualified Personal Trainer Chris is eager to help you achieve them by providing challenging but fun sessions, programmed for you to progress.

One thing Chris is big on is helping you feel more confident whilst helping you feel Happier, Fitter, Healthier, and Stronger!

His training style incorporates various techniques including bodyweight, resistance training, and high-intensity interval workouts.

After a successful career in financial services, and becoming a mum, she decided to pursue her passion.

Whether as a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor, Rachael's goal is to help others find their version of satisfaction and success in exercise, with a smile on their face.

She has particular dedication to women, building healthier and more balanced lifestyles.

His training sessions are always designed to push you safely to your fullest potential. He specialises in all areas of health and fitness, from muscle growth, weight loss, strength increase, rehabilitation, sports specific, bodybuilding and more.

Our facility remains quiet, so trainers have access to all the equipment when required, and can give you 100% of their attention. No waiting around, no busy gyms, and no feeling self conscious.  This means your experience will be completely personalised to help you reach your goals!
